For Undergraduate Student

Message

We, Mori lab., welcome your visit !
We are studying about controlling and evaluating the particles dispersion and aggregation state in various slurries, such as Li-ion batteries, Polymer electrolyte fuel cells, Multi-layer ceramic condensers, foods, and cosmetics. If you are interested in studying abroad or international cooperative research etc., please contact us.

Seminar

セミナー

In the seminar, four to five students each week report on the progress of their own research or the results of a literature review related to their research. Presentations are given in front of all laboratory members, and several students are assigned to ask questions for each presentation (of course, students other than those who ask questions are also free to ask questions).
The main purpose is to share information and improve discussion skills in the laboratory as a whole.

Individual Meeting

個別ミーティング

Discussions will be held individually for each research topic or for groups of related research topics.
Detailed discussion of experimental data and research/experimental policies will be discussed.

Laboratory Life

研究室生活

We do not set any specific core time other than attending lab events such as seminars and drinking parties. Each student is responsible for planning and preparing for experiments and presentations. No one spends his or her laboratory life in idleness just because there are no core hours. If you do your research well, you will get results and improve your abilities. If you don’t do anything, you won’t learn anything. In the end, it all comes back to you.
With freedom comes responsibility. I hope you will have a fulfilling laboratory life.
